The beds and bathroom were clean.
The cottages are super cute and right over the border, very efficient part of town. The people working there were fabulous to deal with.
Well maintained place, and had all the amenities (fridge, microwave and a coffee machine), free coffee from 6.00 AM to 10.00 PM is something big hotels to learn about!!
I was impressed with the cottage like feel of the room, it had its own door and looked very cute, inside and out.

Close to locks
The man at the front desk was so helpful with a cancelation I needed to make. I'm sorry I don't remember his name and lost his card. Holden was very helpful too. Great people, the breakfast was nicely run, too.
Location is perfect, very short walk to sights and the town with great coffee shops, bars and restaurants within a few blocks.
I knew nothing about this location except it was close to the locks. I was a little afraid that the relatively inexpensive motel would be a dump, but it was sooo nice. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room well supplied. The free breakfast was a great surprise.

The location is excellent! It is directly across from the Locks and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The cabin was clean and had cute decor. They serve a breakfast and have coffee available all day.
